What does pre-planning for a session with you look like?
First of all, I am so excited to have a session with you! Some of the things we will discuss prior to our session include location, outfit coordination (only if you want!), and the general vibe/situation you are trying to have represented in your photos. The more details you can give me, the better. I would love to have a phone/text chat or zoom call to get to know you a little better so we can get you the best possible photos. I also offer a small client closet (at zero cost) and might have some options that you find fitting.
What does a session with you look like?
We will meet at our location and get right to it! I know many of us feel awkward in from of a camera at times (myself included), but I want this to feel more like just having a good time than a basic photography shoot. Let's turn on some tunes and be ourselves, and that's where the photo magic is going to start happening! Nothing is more beautiful than a candid moment, but I'll be fully prepped to help pose you in your best light. I prefer to work in a relaxed and organic feeling atmosphere, so I will set things up to feel this way.
How many pictures will we receive?
Depending on the package you select, you will know ahead of time the minimum amount of photos (digital files) you will receive. I always choose quality rather than quantity and I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
**Please note, each photo is individually hand-edited and raw files will not be provided.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 2-3 weeks. You can download photos from the gallery, but also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!
Do you have ideas for great places to take photos?
Yes! This will be a part of our pre-planning. There are a variety of stunning locations around Northern Nevada. I also love a good in-home session to capture your own aesthetic.
How do we hold our date and pay any fees?
Click the booking link on this website and start the scheduling process with me. Upon booking, a 25% retainer fee is due. I will send an invoice via e-mail. The remainder of the balance is due the day of the session. You can pay through the link I send you (Apple Pay, Venmo, stripe) or by check or cash!
